Getting Settled In & Your New Unit

We have all dealt with the stress of moving into a new area.  The move could be as close as one house on base to another, or it could be across country or overseas!  Whatever the distance, it's always nice to have a little information to help you get settled in.  

This page is a helpful tool to use when you are planning on coming to the area.  Our hope is that you will find some useful links to the most common concerns and needs when making a move.  From time to time we will update and add more links to this main page.  The additional links will be from the suggestions and ideas of new members coming aboard, and those who have just made the move here and wished they had more information.

The Coast Guard YARD at Curtis Bay has several commands on its grounds.  The "tenants" all play a vital and extremely important role in the success of the YARD and the Coast Guard.
