As time is running out for baby Hogas, one must act efficiently and fast for a favorable resolution of this case. Our immediate objective is to raise the above amount of money, or to find a sponsor.
In addition to these major goals, we have a "TO DO" list of mostly administrative chores. Please check it out and contact us if you can help in any concrete way.
One way to achieve these goals is through relentless web searches, inquiries, phone calls and e-mails. One has to realize that it takes a significant, coordinated effort to contact hospitals, charities, religious institutions, etc., and for this we need volunteers, particularly people who live outside Romania, who can conduct searches in their current country of residence. Centralizing this information and managing these tasks is the goal of these pages.
A number of people have been touched by this case and have made donations (monetary and otherwise), with all their hearts. We thank them all. No good deed will be forgotten! We have to acknowledge though, that so far we have not been able to achieve either one of the above goals, so one has to go beyond the genuine help that has been received so far. Therfore, while continuing to ask for support from anyone, we are also hoping to hear from individuals with the right connections and expertise, such as government officials, employees/volunteers at charitable organizations, doctors or other medical personnel, etc.
