What do the SCAN GRADES mean ? 
Scan grades are a way of telling you the quality of the document scan. A scan grade of 'A' is excellent and a scan grade of 'C' is a good scan and useable. We don't sell any grades lower than a 'C', as we don't think that these are very useful. These scans are graded upon what we think the quality is, your judgement and grading may be different.
