Cherie wrote #1,6,13,9.has a country/folk feel.

#2 straight ahead jazz. Duke Ellington I'm Checkin' out

11 Ira Gershwin.

I would describe Cherie Lynn's latest CD, Just you...Just me..., as timeless, classic and

breezy. Her voice resembles Peggy Lee but she has her own unique style of

singing.

My favorite song on this CD is her beautiful performance of "That Sunday

That Summer" . The piano and percussion blend together sweetly with a smooth

sax solo by Tommy.

I've seen Cherie and Tommy play together on a few occasions

around Grand Rapids and this CD shows their talents off in great style.

Just you..Just me... isn't fancy, just well played and thoughtful. Cherie Lynn's voice

has a sweet quality, yet there is an underlying strength and beauty that is

captured nicely in this recording. Tommy and Cherie are quite versatile. I have

seen Cherie play drums, bass, and guitar. Tommy plays piano, guitar, and

woodwind instruments. Enjoy!
